Norway is a European country, one of the most scenic places on earth. High-rise mountain ranges are found everywhere in the country with icy tops, the climate cold throughout the year. Many countries in Europe are covered by high hilly terrain. The mountainous range created many waterfalls, some freezes in winter.
Vinnufossen is the tallest waterfall by overall height (865 meters, number of drops: 4, single drop: 420 m) located within the landscape. Mongefossen is the tallest waterfall by the single drop (773 meters), located near the Rauma River on route E136 highway.
