The waterway is the navigable body of water such as seas, lakes, Rivers, Oceans, Canals and other human-made backwaters. The waterways are used mainly for transportation small to large for cargo and passengers, some countries main transportation system is on the water even they trade on boats in the countries like Thailand and China. It is difficult to maintain inland waterways like rivers and canals, China connected with thousands of kilometres of inland waterway that forms easy transportation between Villages, Towns and Cities. China has the highest length of waterways in the world with around 110,000 km, Russia, Brazil and the United States are respectively in second, third and fourth positions.
