The New South China Mall in Dongguan, China, is the world’s largest mall, being opened in 2005. The overall retail floor space is 659,612 square meters, with a total area of 892,000 square meters and 2,350 shops.

2. Golden Resources Mall

It is a shopping mall in Beijing, China, that opened for business in 2004 and is the world’s second-largest shopping mall, with a total area of 557,419 square meters and over 1000 businesses.

3. SM City North EDSA

It is the largest shopping mall in the Philippines and the third-largest in the world, and it opened in 1985 in the metropolis of Quezon City. The entire leasable space is 482,878 square meters, including more than 1,100 shops. The Block, the old Warehouse Club, Sky Garden, North Link, and the Grass Residences are all part of it.

This is the new shopping mall which the construction started in 2002 and completed and opened in 2011, situated in Dhaka in Bangladesh, it is the 9th largest shopping mall in the world with a gross leasable area of 380,000 square meters. It has 5,000 cars parking facility, 9 floors, 4,300 stores, and services.

10. Mall Taman Anggrek

It is undoubtedly Indonesia’s largest building and the world’s tenth-largest retail mall, located in West Jakarta, Indonesia, and opened in 1996. The mall is surrounded by eight residential buildings and contains more than 500 specialty businesses on seven levels, as well as a parking facility for 4000 automobiles and 526 stores and services. The mall covers a total of 360,000 square meters of leasable space.
