Tallest Waterfalls in the Continent of Africa

Africa is the world’s biggest continent, with vast swaths of desert and woodland, as well as a wide variety of species. Some of the world’s highest waterfalls may be found in the region, and the region’s dense forest has encouraged the formation of many of the world’s tallest waterfalls. Tugela Falls is Africa’s highest waterfall, leaping 3,110 feet over Angel Falls, the world’s tallest waterfall (979 feet). We’ve compiled a list of the 19 tallest waterfalls in Africa, complete with official height measurements. Waterfall types include Plunge, Horsetails, Tiered, and Tiered Plunge.
